Fortnight Consulting runs on a two-week sprint model designed for speed, clarity, and real progress. You can book a sprint, extend into a retainer, or tap in with focused add-ons. Everything is scoped to real work hours with fixed pricing and clear deliverables. No retainers unless you want them. No ambiguity, ever.

Not sure what you need? Start with a Proof Sprint. It’s the clearest way to see how we work. There’s no long-term contract or vague scope. If it’s not a fit, we wrap it up.

Proof Sprints

Two-week engagements to identify, assess, and/or solve one core problem. Built to show value fast — without locking you into a long-term retainer.

Proof Sprint 1

—Effective Rate: $125/hour

Proof Sprint 2

—Duration: 2 weeks

—Fee: $2,250

—Hours Included: 15 hours

Proof Sprint 3

—Duration: 2 weeks

—Hours Included: 15 hours

Inclusions

—1 kickoff call

Terms

—Paid upfront

—Cancel within 3 days of kickoff for no charge

—Limit of 3 sprints per client

—Work outside sprint scope billed at $250/hour

Monthly Retainers


For clients continuing after the sprint phase. Each retainer includes scoped monthly initiatives, async communication, and recurring calls or working sessions. Pricing is based on reserved hours and unused hours do not roll over.

Light

—Fee: $2,500/month

—Hours Included: Up to 12 hours/month

—Effective Rate: $208/hour

—Best For: Strategic input and light ops

Embedded

—Fee: $4,000/month

—Hours Included: Up to 20 hours/month

—Effective Rate: $200/hour

—Best For: 1–2 active initiatives per month

Core

—Fee: $6,000/month

—Hours Included: Up to 30 hours/month

—Effective Rate: $200/hour

—Best For: Deep systems work and team integration

Inclusions

—Scoped monthly hours across core areas

—Prioritized turnaround and flexible focus

—Rolling context for faster, sharper execution

—Standing availability for async and live needs

Terms

—Invoiced monthly (Net 30)

—3-, 6-, or 12-month commitment required

—30-day cancellation notice after term

Add-Ons

Standalone or supplemental services for teams that need focused, fast support. All pricing is based on scoped hours and defined outcomes. Can be booked independently or alongside a sprint or retainer.
