Fortnight Consulting runs on a two-week sprint model designed for speed, clarity, and real progress. You can book a sprint, extend into a retainer, or tap in with custom projects. Everything is scoped to real work hours with fixed pricing and clear deliverables. No retainers unless you want them. No ambiguity, ever.

Not sure what you need? Book a sprint! It’s the clearest way to see how we work. There’s no long-term contract or vague scope. If it’s not a fit, we wrap it up.

What’s a Sprint?

A two-week engagement to identify, assess, and/or solve one core problem. Designed to show value fast without locking you into a long-term retainer.

Pricing

  • Duration: 2 weeks

  • Fee: $2,250

  • Hours Included: 15 hours

  • Effective Rate: $150/hour

New clients: You do get a break! If you want to test things out, you can book a pilot sprint for $1,950, making the effective rate $130/hour for our first engagement.

Inclusions

  • 1 kickoff call

  • 1 defined deliverable or initiative

  • 1 wrap-up call with documentation

  • Async communication (email or Slack)

Terms

  • Paid upfront

  • Cancel within 3 days of kickoff for no charge

  • Work outside sprint scope billed at $175/hour

Monthly Retainers


For clients that want to continue after the sprint phase. Each retainer includes scoped monthly initiatives, async communication, and recurring calls or working sessions. Pricing is based on reserved hours and unused hours do not roll over.

Light

—Effective Rate: $150/hour

—Best For: Strategic input and light ops

Embedded

—Fee: $3,000/month

—Hours Included: Up to 20 hours/month

—Effective Rate: $150/hour

—Best For: 1–2 active initiatives per month

Core

—Fee: $4,500/month

—Hours Included: Up to 30 hours/month

—Effective Rate: $150/hour

—Best For: Deep systems work and team integration

Inclusions

—Prioritized turnaround and flexible focus

—Rolling context for faster, sharper execution

—Standing availability for async/live needs

Terms

—Month-to-month commitment

—Cancel within five (5) days of term for 50% refund

—Work outside of scope billed at $175/hour

Custom Projects

Standalone or supplemental services for teams that need focused, fast support. All pricing is based on scoped hours and defined outcomes. Can be booked independently or alongside a sprint or retainer.

Sample custom projects include:

  • One-time deliverables
